- Brief 01, financial services and capital markets: complete
What grows with every project
- A project data pipeline, fed by every NURA Infrastructure build
- Benchmarks from delivered work: real costs, real approval timelines
- Verified counterparties from NURA Verification, on consented terms
- Coverage of further sectors, in order of demand
- Ranked, sized and priced opportunities for outside capital
Method
Three Credibility Tiers
- Tier 1
- Primary and proprietary: the regulator's own publication, the company's own filing, the court's own order.
- Tier 2
- Authoritative material carried through verified secondary sources, the standard for most transaction reporting.
- Tier 3
- Estimated or single-source material, used only where its weakness is itself part of the finding, and always labeled.
Every record carries its source, tier, corroboration and any stated conflicts. Where official figures disagree, the conflict is printed, not silently resolved.
NURA Intelligence is never paid by a company it covers, and never rates a project the group holds an interest in.

- Claim
- Nigeria's population.
- Source
- National Population Commission; United Nations Population Fund.
- Tier
- Tier 3. Every current figure is a projection from the 2006 census.
- Corroboration
- None possible. The census planned for 2023 was postponed and had not been held by mid-2026.
- Conflict
- Printed. In 2019 the Commission put the population at 198 million while the UN Population Fund put it at 201 million, a gap the Commission attributed to assumptions. Every per-capita figure inherits it.
Admission standard
Five Questions, Answered on the Page
No opportunity is admitted on a theme. Year 7 is the standard private-equity holding horizon, so the fifth question asks who purchases the position at exit, and requires an evidenced buyer class rather than an assumed one.
| Question | Answers all five | One answer is weak | Question 5 not yet answerable |
|---|---|---|---|
| 01Who pays, and from what budget? | Answered | Answered | Answered |
| 02How large is the transaction? | Answered | Answered | Answered |
| 03Why can the buyer not do this themselves? | Answered | Answered | Answered |
| 04What stops the second entrant from competing the return away? | Answered | Weak, stated | Answered |
| 05Who buys it from them in year 7? | Answered | Answered | Not yet |
| Verdict | Admitted and ranked Ranked by conviction. Every answer printed with the entry. | Admitted, weakness stated The weak answer is labeled on the page, not rounded up. | Held at monitoring grade An honest test must be allowed to say not yet. |
